Training Policies

We often have jobs opportunities for people in our factory when we have new employees we first train them,

Experts employee  guide them (new employees) and  they are taught to the appointed time.

When new people understand of some work, we give it some work like packing, stocking, to help craftsman’s etc. craftsman tell him about complexity of work. Then they are brought to the necessary work. Sometimes they do mistakes but the Q.C inspector make it correct and tell them about mistake they do not do like that again. And becomes such an experienced and Skillful Craftsman.
